Connect Hub provides startups that make it into our accelerator programs access to Human, Financial and Intellectual capital that will help accelerate the success of their business.Every selected startup receives $XYZ contribution, and in return receives 6% common stock from the company.

  1. Access to Connect Hub resources for life
  2. 6 weeks mentor-based Accelerator program with personal mentorship and office space to accelerate your business.
  3. Access to over $XYZ of cash equivalent hosting, accounting and, legal support –plus other credits and perks worth more than $XYZ.
  4. Demo Day exposure and other investor connections

We fund technology aligned companies, web-based or other software companies, but we’re open accelerating companies that don’t quite fit that mold as well. We’re also looking for startups that can have national or worldwide reach. Specifically, we don’t fund biotechnology companies, restaurants, consultancies, or other local service oriented companies.

Connect is an entrepreneur that wants to create launchpads for startups to become a successful business. We think that the value or platform to network, learning, and mentoring provided by the program is of tremendous value. Every of our program is designed to provide you with the best possible start that greatly increases your chances for success. We take every of our investment seriously, and we take practical steps to introduce selected startups to people who can help, assisting you with strategy, finding more investors, and generally helping you win all along your entrepreneurial journey.

We provide working and meeting spaces, a lounger, recreational activities, all with super fast and reliable wireless Internet access and cafe. Connect Hub wants you to focus on creating a great product while you’re with us.

As earlier stated Connect provides Startup fund, but as a startup, you may be needing more fund, so on the final day of the accelerated program, we’ll organize an Investor Demo Day where investors and venture capitalists will check out your technology and listen to your pitch. Connect hub can boast of a minimum of 50 investors available on every Demo day.

Connect Hub wants to be seen as a co-founder. We don’t want any special or controlling interests in your company. We won’t ask for a board seat or for any uncommon investor rights. You will still run the show.

That’s up to you – we don’t provide a place to live. If you’re accepted, we can assign someone on our end to help you find housing. It hasn’t been much of a problem for past founders.

We select great founders proposing products that solve real problems or create meaningful innovations. We are a team company, we tend to tilt to a team company, we’re less likely to accept single founder companies. The best things you can do to strengthen your application are:

  1. Ensure you reach a good milestone on your prototype or product e.g. in numbers or impact and reference it in the application.
  2. Raise a team and equip them with business, technical, and other necessary skills
  3. Prove that you’ve thought through your business and have done the hard work.
  4. Demonstrate early traction or provide data points to validate your core assumptions.

Connect Hub was initiated after a cocktail entrepreneurs hangout called connect waffi, with the goal to build a community. We are not in the business of stealing ideas, and we treat application data as confidential information. We are certain we’ll see similar ideas, that maybe in competition with each other, we can only select one per program depending on the unique selling proposition, because our programs are in circle, we are certain we’ll see similar ideas. For this and other practical reasons, please don’t ask us to sign an Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Our application does not ask for your “secret sauce” and there is no reason you have to disclose this to us if you’re not comfortable doing so. We hope that our reputation speaks for itself on this topic.
